TCS Cleaning Solutions ("TCS", "we", "us", "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services. When you request a quote, get in touch, or book a service, we may collect:

  • Your property address or postcode, and details about the space to be cleaned
  • Details of the service requested, including frequency and any special instructions
  • Any other information you choose to share with us, such as in a message or phone call

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you and is not processed by this site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide you with an accurate quote and respond to your enquiry
  • Schedule, deliver, and manage the cleaning services you book with us
  • Communicate with you about appointments, changes, or follow-ups
  • Maintain records as required for accounting and legal purposes

We process this information on the basis that it is necessary to take steps towards, and perform, a contract with you, or because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries and run our business efficiently.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant details with the cleaning staff or subcontractors assigned to carry out your booking, solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you choose to leave a review on Google, that review and any information you include in it is submitted directly to Google and governed by Google's own privacy practices, not this policy.

5. Cookies

This website does not currently use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what is used and why.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiry, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you make an enquiry that doesn't proceed to a booking, we will retain your details for a reasonable period in case you'd like to follow up, after which they are deleted.

  • Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
